One of the best burger shops in Berlin! The out-of-home sales also went smoothly once again! I always like to come back here.

went to BBB for a burger yesterday and both the food and the service were without exception good. We were served by several waiters / waitresses who all made sure we had a wonderful evening. Many thanks to the team, we'll be back!

Today my girlfriend and me came here (around 2 o’clock, Sept. 28) just to eat a burger, not knowing that the waiter really made our day!!! I’m not exaggerating when I say that we had the BEST SERVICE WE EVER HAD in our whole life. By writing this, I wanna say thank you to the guy who served us! You don’t know how much your kind words meant to us, especially on this day🙏❤️ Apart from that the food was really superb👌 We will definitely come back here again!

I didn’t have food at this restaurant, only a drink. Being installed at the bar, I saw the waiters making cocktails. And imagine they add water to ALL of their cocktails. Nice scam. Not to mention the waitress as friendly as a prison door. And if she was still wearing a mask, I might have noticed that she wasn't smiling. No hygiene protocol. Courage flee

Superb burgers!! Super tasty and great variety. The places is nicely set up and also the attention is really friendly! Special mention to our waitress Paula who took care of us all the way with a smile and best energies :)

Are you a touri or homesick expat who wants to stay in their touri-expat bubble? Then this is the restaurant for you! Sure, it's a bit more expensive, but you can drink your Oreo™ milkshake in peace without ever having to utter a word of German. The burgers are okay, but at this price point I expect to not get bacon that is burned. Servers are very nice, but the upselling is so awkward.

Can't understand all the positive reviews either. Food was OK and the service was nice but not much more. After the second round of drinks we weren't served for half an hour despite empty glasses. Anyone who expects the mega-great restaurant with delicious food, great drinks and entertaining service, which I would assume with such a rating, is wrong here.

Great burger bar, easy going vibe and nice staff. Limited veggie/vegan options but the ones they have are very good! Particularly good spot on a sunny day/evening as they open the floor lengths windows out to the street.

My first veggie burger in Berlin was a huge success! The homemade veggie patty is AMAZING. The portions are big, friendly staff - highly recommend. My husband had a meat burger and he wants to go back for more!

Nice personel. Burger, salad, french fries -> if you are hungry you can eat it. Otherwise look for something else.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience at BBB yesterday. Overall, I was pretty disappointed and it wasn't worth the almost € 12 for the burger! When I asked the waitress if it was possible to have the vegetarian patty on the burger instead of meat, the only answer was "no". In addition, I was served the potato wedges in a sweet marinade without being asked, with the answer “that's how they are with us!” Afterwards I read that there were also normal potato wedges .. I didn't really like the marinated ones. The music was clearly too loud for us to eat, but on request it was turned down a bit. The burgers were delicious, but I'm not a fan of such soft bread.

Excellent burgers

This is my new favorite burguer restaurant in Berlin. The burguers are very tasty and big. So far I have tried almost all of the special burguer and they were very good. Be aware that this place is not cheap and you pay almost 14 euros for a special burguer, although fries would be included. The fries were very regular, nothing special. We also tried the wings with teriyaki sauce and it was very good as well. The staff was friendly.

Best burgers are the Saint and the Butcher. The chocolate Brownie is highly recommended

Everything is just great! Great quality, super tasty and the fried beans are addicting;) What I find particularly good is the staff, everything is super friendly and attentive - you find that less and less. I can only recommend it!

Friendly staff with zero attitudes. Vegan and Veggie burgers are the best with nicely serviced with salad or fries.

Cannot share the many previous reviews in any way. Designed for tourists. Staff very friendly but I absolutely cannot recommend the quality of the food. Burger - meat very firm and not tasty, French fries boring and tasty like frozen goods. You can get a much tastier and tasty burger from Burgermeister for half the money.

This used to be our favourite burger place in Berlin, but no more. Firstly, the relentless up-selling when placing a phone order is something straight out of a mediocre sales handbook. Secondly and most annoylingly, when paying in cash when eating in, the waiting staff will not return your change even after a 20 minute wait, seemingly using the gray area of a possible misunderstanding to keep the money as a tip. We'd want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it has happened on more than one occasion now. Lastly, the impatience that management openly displays at the waiting staff is offputting. Tasty burgers, though.

We were with you today spontaneously. We were very satisfied in every way. Very friendly, pleasant service that never seemed intrusive or careless. The dishes were served quickly and are nicely presented to the eye. The goat cheese burger was superb. Thank you and see you next time!

Best Burger in Berlin no doubt!!

Delicious. You can pick potatoes with burgers, and chili sauce is recommended for wedge potatoes. It feels like Chinese tempura, but it's new.

It used to be our favorite burger restaurant in berlin, everything was at all times spot on! Service + burger quality just everything! Unfortunately is it like with most places over time the quality just drops. Burgers are not medium rare anymore when ordered that way, the new service lady with red hair is a devil of a waiter, instead of making people welcome you rather wanna run away, so rude and rough! Also service wise it’s just not spot on anymore, you need to remind the waitresses for simple things like new napkins, chaise them Half an hr to get your bill etc which was not the case before. Dear owner if you read this please if you can be more present in your restaurant again, i would be sad to see the restaurant be like any other burgers restaurant in berlin. While your place actually used to be so much better than all other burgers places in town!! I hope things change again.
